🔒 No Return / No Exchange Policy

We request all customers to check product details, descriptions, and images before making a purchase, as every product photo on our website is an actual and accurate representation of the item.


Due to the nature of crystals and hygiene reasons:

We do not accept returns.

We do not offer exchanges.

We do not provide refunds or store credit for any reason except damages or rare order issues.

By completing your purchase, you automatically agree to follow this No Return Policy.

 


🛑 Damages & Issues

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives:

Damaged

Defective

Or if you receive the wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your issue, email us or Whatsapp us with:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product

Damage complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for support.

 

❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is:

Processed

Packed

Or shipped

…it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

We request you to check your details carefully before confirming the order.

 

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in rare and genuine cases, such as:

Damaged item (verified through photos)

Wrong product delivered

Duplicate payment

Cancellation approved within the allowed time frame

 

If your refund is approved:

The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Refund initiation takes 3–5 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
